Webster's New International Dictionary of the English Language, Second Edition Unabridged, published in 1956. It is bound in ocher-colored cloth with gilt lettering. While it comes with a dust jacket, the dust jacket is heavily worn. The front and spine of the dust jacket are completely separated, although they are still connected at the inner sleeve part. Nevertheless, this edition with the dust jacket is exceptionally rare. If you remove the dust jacket and use the book, there should be no issues. The dust jacket has some discoloration due to age. There are some areas of staining on the front cloth cover and the lower part of the spine of the main book. The binding of the book is sturdy. All edges of the book have a marbled pattern, though they are also discolored. It includes a thumb tab index for quick reference. There are some creases on the title page. The text inside the book is generally clean.
