Complete set of 20 volumes with a Japanese 'Home and School Learning Guide' booklet included. Bound in white and cream-colored textured hardcovers with gilt lettering and motifs on the front covers. Some volumes exhibit signs of discoloration and minor soiling on the covers due to their age. The bindings are firm, and the content is in good condition, especially considering the age of the books.

Complete three-volume set comprising Volume 1, Volume 2, and Appendixes. Hardcovers bound in burgundy cloth, with gilt ornamentation to the front boards and gilt titling on tan labels to the spines. Tan, cream, and burgundy dust jackets with green spines. Minor wear to the fore-edges of the dust jackets on Volume 1 and Appendixes. Light dust soiling to the top edges of all three volumes. Texts with slight, uniform toning. In Volume 1, there are occasional pencil underlinings and annotations up to page 11; Volume 2 and Appendixes are clean and free of markings.

Reprint 1965. Seven volumes, softcover as issued. Bound in publisher’s original light brownish-cream wrappers with dark blue printed panels to the front covers. The spines show gentle creasing and light waviness, typical of this edition, but the bindings remain sound and secure. Slight overall age toning to the covers, not affecting legibility.
