Decorative patterned endpapers. Portrait frontispieces with tissue guards in each volume. Heavy foxing to the title page and tissue guard of Volume I. Inner hinge paper of Volume I slightly cracked but the binding remains sound. A spare spine label is laid in at the rear of each volume. The text is generally clean throughout.
