This is the rare 1967 first edition of Edward Conze’s Materials for a Dictionary of the Prajñāpāramitā Literature, published by the Suzuki Research Foundation in Tokyo. Conze, the leading Western authority on Prajñāpāramitā studies, compiled this foundational reference for the terminology of Mahāyāna Perfection of Wisdom texts. Condition: Good (B), with age-consistent yellowing, foxing, rubbing, and wear to covers, spine, and text-block edges; top-edge foxing visible. Interior appears clean with no major defects confirmed. Height approx. 25.8 cm. A scarce and important scholarly resource for collectors of Buddhist philosophy and specialized Orientalist research.
