This is the complete two-volume 1973 anastatic reprint of Étienne Lamotte’s La Somme du Grand Véhicule d’Asanga (Mahāyānasamgraha), his monumental study and French translation of a foundational Yogācāra text. Volume I presents the Tibetan and Chinese (Xuanzang) versions; Volume II provides Lamotte’s full translation and commentary. The 1938 original was almost entirely destroyed in 1940, making this reprint a crucial scholarly recovery.
