There is wear to the front board's hinge but currently firmly attached. The book is duodecimo in size. The title page bears the ownership stamp of a prominent financial scholar and a small ownership signature. At the rear endpaper, there is also the financial scholar's ownership stamp along with his signature and an inscription of the date and place. There is a small stamp at the top margin of page 24. Some minor writings and markings are present within the main text. The appendix at the end of the book is comprehensive.
