This is the 1958 reprint from Motilal Banarsidass (MLBD), a well-known Indian publisher. Volume I includes the original fold-out map of VEDIC INDIA. The books themselves are in good shape. The dark green hardcovers are strong, and the bindings are secure. The pages inside are clean with no writing, though they have yellowed with age. The removable paper covers dust jackets are in poor condition. They have large tears, chips, and missing pieces, especially at the spine.
