Volume I contains the number '57' out of 1,990 copies issued, noted on the front endpaper, with the author's autograph located at the end of the Author's Note. Despite signs of wear on the spine and hinge joint fabric of Volume I, the binding remains intact. All 3 volumes have untrimmed top and fore page edges. The text content is in overall good condition across all volumes.
