This complete two-volume portfolio, LE FER ? l’Exposition Internationale des Arts D?coratifs Modernes, was published in Paris in 1925 by F. Contet and authored by noted critic Guillaume Janneau. Documenting the pinnacle of Art Deco wrought iron at the landmark 1925 Paris Exposition, it features iconic works including Edgar Brandt’s celebrated Porte d’Honneur, alongside designs by Pierre Yung and others. Subjects include gates, balconies, lighting, radiator covers, and iron hardware. Issued as large folio portfolios with loose plates, the set retains the original Paris bookseller label. Vintage condition with wear, hinge weakness, and foxing, but sharp images throughout.
